All five tool accounts are now live and dashboard.straxor.com is serving from Vercel — setup phase is officially closed. BUILD Scorecard moves from "open accounts" to actually building. Shane's Framer landing-page draft is in flight; ScoreApp question loading is the next critical-path task.
What changed in your shared docs since yesterday
No changes in the Drive Sheets — todo-list and build-scorecard-status last touched 29 April. The canonical work log got a fresh 5 May entry covering Shane's Framer / Kit / ScoreApp signups, your Calendly signup, the Vercel CNAME verification, and the dashboard tile cleanup. Nothing to reconcile from the Sheets side.

Configure your Calendly availability windows (Tue/Thu 1–3pm per the locked plan). It's your only open setup task and takes ~15 minutes. Once done, the Scorecard end-to-end handoff to Shane is unblocked — Calendly link can be wired into the post-quiz flow whenever he's ready.

Why now?CURE was created by Shane during employment, at the employer's request, with no written IP assignment. CORE OS sits on contested IP. Until a written legal opinion clears the position, public CORE OS launch carries real legal risk and the NDIS platform option stays parked.
